Откройте твит с гифкой, которую хотите сохранить.
Нажмите по стрелочке, направленной вниз, которая расположена справа от кнопки «Читаю» или «Читать» (в зависимости от статуса поста).
В появившемся меню выберите строку «Скопировать ссылку на твит».
Перейдите на главную страницу сайта «ezgif.com».
На верхней панели выберите категорию «Video to GIF».
Вставьте скопированную ранее ссылку в поле «OR paste video url».
Нажмите кнопку «Upload video».

А то уже не так легко и быстро, как может по началу показаться. Из плюсов только то, что граббером легко пользоваться.

Option 1: Download Tweet2gif for Android

Android users, you lucked out. It turns out the Google Play store has a very convenient and free app that lets you completely disregard the advanced method for downloading GIFs.
